Product, hiring
The candidate you hire becomes the employee record.
A public job board, a pipeline your hiring managers will actually open, and a hire that carries into people operations without being typed a second time.
Pipeline
Stages you set, on a board that fits your process.
Configurable stages, structured reviews and ratings, applicants assigned to named people, and an event trail on every application.

Hired is not the end of the row. Moving an applicant to hired is what creates the employee record, which is where people operations picks the person up.
Hire to payslip
Typed once, at the very start.
The name a candidate enters on the application form is the name on their first payslip. Nothing in between requires it to be entered again.
Candidates
No account to apply. An account to follow along.
Applying takes a form and nothing else, because a login requirement costs you good candidates. Applicants who want to track their submissions can create a portal account afterwards.
- Job board
- Public, per company, with your open roles and their own application forms.
- Application form
- Set per job, so a field technician and an accountant are not asked the same questions.
- Candidate portal
- Optional. Applicants see their own submissions and where each one has reached.
- Resume parsing
- Pulls structure out of an attached CV, and matches it against the job description.
